AI Use Diligence Statement

How we built this and who is accountable

B4G is built with AI assistance. We believe in telling you exactly how, why, and what we take responsibility for. Transparency is not a legal disclaimer. It is a design principle.

The human intelligence (HI) making every AI decision on this platform is trained to make them. Rose Kaz has completed formal AI education at the institutional level and continues learning as the field evolves.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation

An 8-week intensive developed and taught by MIT faculty covering the technical, ethical, and strategic dimensions of generative AI. Skills developed include:

  • Designing AI opportunity maps and adoption roadmaps with risk and ROI analysis
  • Applying prompt engineering to automate executive and team workflows
  • Evaluating ethical risks and mapping governance requirements to recognized frameworks
  • Distinguishing core AI capabilities including LLMs, RAG, agents, and multimodal systems
  • Navigating compliance, legal, and risk dimensions of generative AI deployment
  • Assessing feasibility and value creation across business functions

The human in the loop

Rose Kaz, Founder and CEO, B4G

Which AI systems did we use and why?

Claude (Anthropic): Opus for site architecture and Claude Code for build execution. Chosen for alignment with our values around consent, transparency, and safety in AI development.

Why Anthropic instead of another model?

Rose Kaz chose Anthropic deliberately. Anthropic's public commitments to AI safety, ethical development, and intentional, measured growth reflect the same values B4G is built on. Their Claude Corps program, which partners AI capability with community benefit, is the kind of model B4G believes in. We do not choose tools casually. We choose partners.

What information did we share to get started?

Previous site content, blog archive, business plans, and project outlines. No third-party data, no member data, no private community information.

What privacy and ethical considerations shaped our choices?

Our own intellectual property only. Ethically, we chose partners whose models are trained to include more women's voices. That commitment is also why we are building the Leading Ladies LLM, a consent-first, member-owned AI trained on knowledge contributed by women, for women.

Who is the audience for this work?

Women in business. Women leaders. Business women building economic power. An audience that deserves to know exactly what tools built the platform they are trusting with their knowledge and livelihood.

What expectations might they have around AI disclosure?

Many and we are learning more every day. We expect those expectations to evolve, and we are committed to evolving with them.

How specifically did AI contribute?

Clarifying concepts I had been developing for years but had not yet articulated with precision. Coding and building the site infrastructure. Helping me say what I already knew, more clearly.

How did we verify accuracy and appropriateness?

Cross-referencing across multiple conversations, ongoing independent research, and applied critical thinking at every step. AI outputs were reviewed, revised, and tested against our values and our community.

How did we ensure the final output met our standards?

Iteration. The site that went live was version 22. Every decision from copy to color to architecture was made and remade until it was right.

Cultivating a new form of intellectual partnership

What data does B4G collect and what does it feed into AI systems?

B4G does not feed member data, community contributions, or user activity into any external AI model without explicit, informed consent. Full stop. The knowledge you bring to this platform belongs to you.

How is the Leading Ladies LLM being built differently?

The Leading Ladies LLM is being built on three non-negotiable principles: opt-in only, member-owned, and consent-first. Contributors choose what is included, retain ownership of their knowledge, and share in the value the model generates. This is not how most AI models are built. That is the point.

AI systems can be wrong. Claude can hallucinate, misstate, oversimplify, or miss nuance, especially in areas requiring lived experience, cultural context, or community-specific knowledge. Every AI-assisted output on this site was reviewed, edited, and approved by a human. What you read here reflects human editorial judgment. The AI was a tool. The decisions were mine.
