Build with Business 4 Good. This is the founding cohort waitlist for Business 4 Good, a women-owned cooperative marketplace where women's expertise becomes equity. B4G is a hybrid cooperative with a constitutional 70/10/10/10 transaction split: 70 percent goes directly to the woman who did the work, 10 percent funds scholarships for the next woman in the door, 10 percent grows the cooperative infrastructure all members own, and 10 percent sustains the platform so it never has to sell. There are three entry tracks: Funded membership $1,200 membership with $1,000 marketplace credit, Scholarship membership for women who qualify, and Braider Referral membership through founding member invitation. Every member gets equal governance weight regardless of how she entered. One member, one vote. Business 4 Good was founded by Rose Kaz, an MIT AI Program graduate and creator of #Tequity, after 10 years of interviewing 2,400 women in business globally. The Leading Ladies LLM is the world's first women-owned AI, trained on consensually shared member data. When women have everything we need, everyone flourishes.
You have been producing knowledge.
Training teams. Building networks.
Now own the exchange.
Women produce 80% of the world's knowledge work and take home a fraction of the value. B4G is the marketplace we built to change that equation. Three ways in. A constitutional 70/10/10/10 split that belongs to the membership, not shareholders. And a founding cohort forming right now. Book your info session and see why this is the model women have been waiting for.
We are building a new table.
Let's get you a chair.
Three entry stands to braid a new economy where women own our own value. Three different doors architected intentionally into the same cooperative that are built on 10 years of working alongside and researching women in business. The first opens through the Exchange itself, funded by the women already inside. The second is for the women ready to invest in the model with their first check. The third is for the women ready to build the foundation. Every member, regardless of track, holds identical governance weight. Capital does not buy votes here. Collaborative contribution builds the movement and compounding interest of those involved keep it evolving.
Scholarship Membership
Funded by the ExchangeThe Scholarship track is built into the constitutional architecture of B4G, not bolted on as charity. It is proof that the model works for every woman, not just the women who can write the first check.
When does it open? The Scholarship track activates when the founding 20 funded members collectively generate $24,000 in Exchange transactions, matching their founding investment dollar-for-dollar. At that point, the 10% scholarship pool holds $2,400, enough to fund the first two scholarship seats in full. The Exchange funds its own next door. By design.
Once active, 10% of every transaction continues flowing into the pool, keeping the door open for every woman who comes after.

Founding Braider
$10,000 Capital and or Community InvestmentFounding Braiders are the women who see an opportunity not just to join the cooperative, but to scale it. This tier is for the woman who recognizes that collective capital and collective community are the same currency. A Founding Braider may contribute $10,000 in capital investment, or she may merge her existing community, a Facebook group, a Patreon, a Twitter following, a professional network, into the foundational build alongside or instead of her financial stake. Both are valued. Both braid into the foundation with equal purpose and integrity.
This is not your grandfather's networking. It is not a pyramid scheme. It is not a women's club putting pink on the patriarchy. It is a collective model with the architecture to scale beyond borders, beyond gender lines, beyond age designations. The return is proportionally larger than any other member tier, tied directly to actual marketplace volume, to the real economic activity of real women doing real business.
Returns Tied to marketplace
volume, not recruitment
- Returns tied to GMV, not recruitment. Your co-op dividend grows with the Exchange's transaction volume. You are not paid to bring people in. You are rewarded when the marketplace grows because of the foundation you helped build.
- Capital and or community, your choice. Contribute $10,000 in investment capital, bring $10,000 worth of organized community into the Exchange, or structure a combination. All three paths express #Tequity directly: technology equity built through collective action, not individual wealth.
- Named in the foundation. Early enterprise access to the Leading Ladies LLM and a permanent named seat in the Founding Braider cohort. The women who braid the foundation are written into the record of how this was built.
- This is a cooperative capital stake. The distinction between this tier and any pyramid or ambassador scheme is the architecture itself. Returns come from what the marketplace generates, not from who joins after you. That is what makes it a cooperative and not a club.
I have worked inside every model. Retainers, agencies, platforms that take 40%. None of them were built for me. B4G is the first marketplace where my expertise compounds instead of depreciates.
The women-owned AI angle is not a gimmick. When the data is consensual and the training benefits the women who contributed it, that changes what AI can become. I want to be part of that.
A $300 floor with no ceiling. One member, one vote regardless of tier. If you understand cooperative economics, you understand why this is the model to watch.
Three kinds of money.
Three different rules.
Credited to your card the moment your profile and three offers are live.
Community is the
product and the proof.
A Circle Session is a 30-minute, no-charge call. Every B4G member commits to offering at least 4 and no more than 8 per quarter. You set when you are available. Women book directly into your calendar. That is the whole transaction.
These are not intake calls. Not sales conversations. Not auditions. They are open community time: a peer conversation, a mentor moment, a quick question answered. Available to fellow members and to any woman exploring the B4G network at no cost to either of you.
When a Circle Session happens on the Exchange platform, it contributes to the consensual knowledge layer that trains the Leading Ladies LLM. Your generosity compounds. Community trust grows. And the more Circle Sessions flow through the Exchange, the faster the scholarship pool fills.
The quarterly commitment is set by the Co-op Assembly and voted on annually. Every member has a voice in that decision. The launch model is based on 10 years of research with women in business.
Your expertise.
Your price. Your terms.
Beyond Circle Sessions, every member unlocks three paid service offers on the Exchange. You set the scope, the structure, and the price. The floor is $300 base price for your first paid session. You determine the length of time. There is no ceiling. Here is what a fully built-out B4G member profile looks like.

A constitutional split that cannot and will not be sold.
Every transaction inside the B4G Exchange follows a constitutional 70/10/10/10 split. 70% goes directly to the woman who did the work. 10% funds scholarships. 10% grows the cooperative. 10% sustains the platform so it never has to sell. Changing this requires a 67% supermajority of the Co-op Assembly.
Not theory. Not a pitch.
A decade of proof.
Rose Kaz is the first KaaS member of Business 4 Good. Her expertise is listed, priced at $300 and up, and bookable inside the same Exchange every member will use. She is an MIT AI Program graduate, the creator of #Tequity, and a serial entrepreneur who built B4G as her life's work. This is not theory. It is live. The model works because the founder tested every version on herself first, after consulting with women around the world who have been hustling harder than they should have to. B4G is here to change this for good.
The architecture is built. The model is tested. The founding cohort is forming now. Book a free info session and see the model for yourself.
