Why Business 4 Good exists. Women have the knowledge. We just haven't built the exchange to properly value us...yet! The wage gap is not a glitch. It is the receipt of a busted system. B4G exists to build new commerce architecture entirely: a hybrid cooperative marketplace where women own the platform, have transparent access to their data, own the price, and keep what they earn. The infrastructure gap that women will own and close. Ten years of interviewing women globally. Rose Kaz, MIT AI Program graduate and creator of #Tequity, built it herself. We are the leaders we've been waiting for.
Women have always had the knowledge.
We just never had a marketplace built to pay us what we are worth.
Until now.
Every platform women have been suggested was built to extract from us, not be generative. Our data is someone else's profit. The wage gap is not a glitch. It is the receipt of a busted system.
Business 4 Good exists to build new commerce architecture entirely. A hybrid cooperative marketplace where women own the platform, have transparent access to our data as its own knowledge set, own the price, and keep what we earn.
Ladies, it's time.
10 years of interviewing business women around the world, testing in the market and on herself first, Rose Kaz brings you the first globally minded, women centered & peer to peer close looped market place because, ladies, we deserve this. And so does the world!
The infrastructure gap that Women will own and close.
Women in business are not underperforming. We are underpriced. We actively use platforms that use us, our data and our time like it is their own. Those profiters take a cut of every transaction, own the data we generate, and exit to faceless shareholders.
The gap has never been skills. It has never been ambition. It has been the infrastructure, the access and the sovereignty.
Rose Kaz spent 10 years interviewing 2,400+ women across every industry, income level, and stage of business. The pattern was the same everywhere: brilliant women doing exceptional work, priced below their value, on systems designed to profit from their labor without giving them ownership of what they helped build. Closing the global gender gap adds $7 trillion to the world economy every year. That is not a future projection. That is the cost of waiting.
Rose didn't build Business 4 Good because the world needed another coaching business. She built it because she watched brilliant women shrink ourselves to fit systems that were never designed for us and decided to build a new one that will benefit everyone!
With decades of entrepreneurial experience, an MIT AI credential, and a relentless belief that technology should serve everyone, Rose teaches women to lead with strategy, AI fluency, and sovereign confidence.

A cooperative that cannot be sold.
B4G is a hybrid cooperative: the speed of a tech company, the governance of a co-op, the cultural architecture of a matriarchy. Every transaction inside the Exchange follows a 70/10/10/10 split.
That split is constitutional. It requires a 67% supermajority of the Co-op Assembly to change. The architecture is the moat.
Knowledge as a Service (KaaS) means members do not pay to access knowledge. Members own the knowledge layer they helped train, and the cooperative pays them back through the closed-loop marketplace, the scholarship pool, and the co-op dividend. One member, one vote. Equal weight, regardless of how she paid to get in. A funded member, a scholarship member, and a referred member all carry the same governance weight.
B4G exists because the answer was never another platform. The answer was a new economic model: a hybrid cooperative where women own the data, the cloud, and the economic power. Where transactions stay in the room. Where the architecture itself is constitutional and cannot be sold.
- Women generate the value. Women should own the infrastructure.
- Economic Cooperatives do not yet exist in the digital realm. B4G changes that.
- The B4G exchange holds sovereign our consensually shared data, does not extract.
- #Tequity: technology as a tool of equity for women.
- When women have what we need, everyone flourishes.
Sovereign leadership for Self fulfilled Women who want to share and get paid our worth.
Rose Kaz is the first KaaS member of Business 4 Good. Her expertise is listed, priced at $300 and up, and bookable inside the same Exchange every member on the exchange will use, evolving as our cooperative model requires. She is an MIT AI Program graduate, the creator of #Tequity, and a serial entrepreneur who built B4G as her third business and her life's work. Her grandmother Delores built without permission as did her dear Mamma Marie. Rose is doing the same.
This is not theory. It is live. The model works because the founder tested every version on herself first and spent the last 10 years interviewing women globally and testing her first MVP with 300 women from around the world.
Rose has done the heavy lifting for you.
The new way of doing business is outlined.
The founding cohort opens soon and we need women like YOU to refine how we own our worth. After all, we are the leaders we've been waiting for.
